Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) controls the whole process of BCS recruitment. Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) is a top-level government job in Bangladesh. BCS cadre is a first-class gazetted officer and 9th-grade officer under the national pay scale 2015. There are three different levels in the BCS exam.
