Protesting for the Cancellation of the Combined 8 Bank Senior Officer Examination

12 January 2018: The Bankers Selection Committee took 8 banks combined senior officer examinations. But there are lots of problems in the examination room. For this reason, bank exam candidates want to cancel the 12 January combined exam and force BSC to re-exam for this post. Today they are going for the exam cancellation movement in Dhaka in front of the Bangladesh Bank and the Press Club. We will give you some pictures of this movement for the cancellation of the 8-bank combined senior officer examination.

Finally, after 2 days of movement, the Bankers Selection Committee (BSC) declared the 12 January combined senior officer exam is canceled, and the combined senior officer exam will take place a few days later. It was confirmed by member secretary of Bankers Selection Committee (BSC) Mosharraf Hossain. 

But still, the Bankers Selection Committee-BSC has not published an official notice about canceling 8 banks combined senior officer exams. Only print and electronic media published this news.

8 Bank combined senior officer exam date will be announced as soon as possible. A new date of 8 bank combined exams will be available on the Bangladesh Bank website when BSC is declared. 8 Bank and financial intuitions combined exam will be held in April or May this year. This is probably an exam date, not an exact date.

Combined exam admit cards will not be available in the future because the admission card download date is over now. Total 1663 post-fill-ups by combined exam. This is a senior officer post, which is a government first-class job. The basic salary of a senior officer is 22000 taka only, with 40% to 55% house rent and 1500 taka medical allowance. After joining this job, every senior officer gets a daily lunch fee from the bank.
