When PSC receiving total vacancy list form Ministry of Public Administration – MoPA on the basis of BSC rules-2014 then BPSC publish an advertisement on PSC official website bpsc.gov.bd and national daily newspaper in details information and qualification. After this candidate who interested for BCS exam they can apply for BCS exam by online application submitting. About 4 week time period for online registration.

Recently PSC published 39^th BSC circular which one is special BCS circular for MBBS doctors. More than 5000 vacancy announce on 39^th special BCS circular.

After completing 39^th special BCS online registration, PSC work for 40th BCS circular. PSC Chairman Dr. Sadik said, 40th BCS circular coming soon in this year of 2018. By his statement we got ensure 40th BCS circular published very soon.
